Service was good but the dealership people were not friendly Service employees were friendly Waiting no one spoke to me or asked if they could help me They didn’t know why I was there. I was going to ask about the new CRV but decided not to with them. I’m been to another dealership and they are over the top. Disappointed

Michael Boykin is great to work with but unfortunately the service was a big let down. I had timing belt, tensioner package done and when I went to turn in my garage it sounded like I had a flat front right tire. The splash shied on the front tire was rubbing against my tire. A bungie cord was found holding the shield back were the mechanic had never finished putting everything back together. My husband, a Ford mechanic, who had changed the oil the first 95,000 miles, noticed that the splash shield had been cut where the mechanic made a short cut to get to the oil filter when he did the oil change. I had to return my pilot so they could finish putting the pieces back together and they also ordered a new replacement splash shied to replace the one they cut.

My daughter called me on 2/9/23 she was driving from GA
My daughter called me on 2/9/23 she was driving from GA to VA with my 2 grandchildren and 2 dogs when her engine begin vibrating, and the engine light came on I had her check fluids and belts found that your dealership was approximately 20 minutes away. I called and first spoke to Lori She said your service department would be able to look at her 2014 pilot I called back after talking to my daughter to speak with a person in service to see if she should drive the vehicle Amanda answered the phone listened and was compassionate. She got me to Ashley he said bring it in. He met my daughter. They took her vehicle right away. Ashley came out told my daughter the problem they fixed it and had her on her way in a little over an hour, I live in Arizona and could not assist her so I appreciate so much the extra effort your employees took THANK YOU so much!

I never felt any pressure from anyone. My mother was Chris Vester 1st grade teacher and she carries a very special place in her heart for him. I tried every method at first to get in touch with
I tried every method at first to get in touch with someone to cancel my warranties. I left voicemails and emails but no one reached back out. I had to submit a request to pretend to sell my vehicle in order for someone to contact me. Haley contacted me and I explain the situation to her. She was helpful enough to pass along this information to one of the finance managers. However after a couple more days I still have not received any phone calls or emails. I had to dig for one of the previous salesman‘s phone numbers that sold me my last vehicle Mike. He advised me that he will get me in touch with the finance manager Michael. Michael sent me a document and called me that night and I sent it back to him. I never heard back from him I tried calling the dealership again I’ve emailed Michael two times and still no response. At this point it’s been a frustrating experience so I’ll reach back out to the sales person Mike which has been extremely helpful. Mike advised that he will let Michael know that I have been trying to get in contact with him and that he will also let Mark the sales manager know as well. I asked Mike the salesman to get Mark the sales manager to contact me and he did that night. Mark advised me that he is going to check on my cancellation and give me a call the next day. Surprisingly I did not receive a call the next day so after waiting 48 hours I called the dealership and left a voicemail for Mark the sales manager. I still have not heard back from Mark the sales manager nor Mike the finance manager. I normally do not leave bad reviews but this dealership has provided horrible customer service.

I have a 2021 vehicle and was told I needed transmission fluid and brake fluid, my truck is to new for that and I get an oil change.. my air in my tires weren’t topped off.. fluids didn’t seem to be topped off neither..
