But our guy went back and forth I know it had to be four more times trying to work down a number so that me and my husband could get a 2023 Chevy Malibu! We test drove a van here on July 1. The salesman said the van/trim/color I wanted was impossible to get, wanted to make zero effort to find elsewhere but reluctantly told us I was a lucky person and they had one coming in a week. We put down a reservation as they said this would ensure we got to test drive it/buy it before anyone else could. 1 week passed, nothing. We got told 3-4 more days, those days passed and nothing. We asked for update, then got told another date and nothing. Our salesman just kept saying dates and it never came. We had to be the ones to initiate an update. The shipment came, our van wasn’t on it, no communication was made only I noticed on website. Our salesman said he didn’t know what happened and he’d get back to my husband by the end of the day, never called back. 2 days later I called the sales manager who took all day to get back to me and said maybe 3-4 days. The van came while I was out of town, my husband spoke to them and they agreed to hold it for a few days until my return since we couldn’t put our life on hold for their many false dates. I noticed on the website 2-3 days later it disappeared, my husband called and they had sold it despite our reservation and money down!!!!! Also the salesman knew it sold yesterday and never bothered to inform us, if I hadn’t checked, we wouldn’t have been told until we got to the dealership. I would never encourage anyone to keep business local with this dealership as they clearly do not care about customer service at all.

Really enjoyed meeting both the salesman and the manager. Only complaint I have is whoever was supposed to clean the car up put armor all on the floor mats. To slippery when using brakes and gas. Also they really didn’t do to much of a good job cleaning it up for me should have taken the time to make sure everything was clean and wiped down dashboard rear hatch back seats and console.

It was a rainy day and cars backed up in service lane and
It was a rainy day and cars backed up in service lane and it did not appear that the advisors or assistants were trying to move them for the customers. Had to walk in the rain to check in. Why would they have a covered breeze way if cars are not moved for the next customer? Also received an email regrading car fax, INCORRECT mileage was put in. They did get to my car in a timly manner and I was called promptly. That's about it.
