This review is especially for the single women purchasing a new car. I know there are lots of flashy dealerships out there; the big ones with tons of perks, but you won’t find service like this at one of those. I’m certain of it. Isaiah Vick came highly recommended for sales, and they were absolutely right about him. Not only did he find the car of my dreams, exactly the car I told him I wanted when I walked in the door, he did everything in his power to have it delivered to me the next day. Isaiah listens and truly cares. He’s a real person and that matters in sales. I also have to mention Brayson and how he worked to resolve a concern, also going the extra mile just like Isaiah had. The way the situation was handled, I know I can easily recommend Hubert Vester Honda. It can be an overwhelming experience buying a car on your own, but just know this company will work to fix any issues. If you don’t get it right the first time, even when you make a mistake as the customer, it’s okay to circle back and let them work to fix it. They want you to be be happy. A huge thank you to Ashley and the entire service team at Hubert Vester Honda! Halfway through my drive to Maryland, my transmission warning light came on. I drove 30 miles to Hubert Vester, where Ashley quickly had the team diagnose the issue. It turned out to be a major problem, but thankfully it was covered under warranty—and they needed to keep my car for about a week to complete the repair. Ashley and the service team made an otherwise stressful situation incredibly easy. They arranged a loaner car, and I was back on the road within two hours. He kept me updated throughout the week, and I was able to return the loaner and pick up my car on my way home. Everyone was kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. I’m especially grateful for Ashley’s care and communication. What could have been a major travel nightmare turned into a remarkably smooth experience. I truly appreciate the entire team!

I came in a little low because I thought that I would just be coming for a quote of sort but Ms. Kimya Dean helped me out and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. She helped me see all of my choices and I never once felt pressured to give an answer or to say yes.

Kayla was amazing! I was from out of the area when my car lost power on the freeway and I had it towed here. She answered the phone at closing and hooked me up with a service appointment the next morning. I am so grateful she answered. Then she kept in contact the entire next day until the car was ready for pick up. Yay!
