Had an issue with my Pilot and ran by to figure it out and get it fixed. As a woman I always fear the “if they see you alone, they’ll take advantage of you” mantra becoming a reality. However, I have learned that with this service department (I’ve used for 14yrs), I never have to fear that. Xavier was extremely honest and very thorough. He took my out to see the under body of my SUV and explained what the issue was and broke it down easily in terms that anyone not mechanically inclined could understand. Xavier is truly an asset aka hidden gem, in the car repair industry. I’d give 10⭐️ if I could. Hubert Vester, hang onto this guy.

I saw the car l wanted on-line and was immediately contacted by Brian. He sent me a welcome video and even took the time to go outside to make a video of the car. I made my appointment the same day and made my purchase all within a hour. The next day I went in to finalize everything.
