Visit by yourself to stroll around stores for a relaxed shopping trip. Or, grab your friends for brunch and antiquing in town. Either way make a day of it, so you can explore all of the antiques in Wilson.

Boone’s Antiques

Boone’s Antiques is a favorite spot for antiquing in Wilson. The store features thoughtful displays of beautiful antiques. Choose from unique accessories, clocks, decorative pieces, garden and architectural items, oriental rugs, tables, chairs, desks, and more.

There are more than 4-acres of antiques available, which Boone’s feels may make it the largest collection of treasures in the country. Find great items in the treasure trove like an intricately decorated copper and wood Zanzibar Box, a Marketry Box on Pedestal Base, an Oriental Tray Table, Inlaid Slant Front Desk, and so much more.

Wally’s Filling Station and Rustic Chics

If you like automobile antiques and porcelain signs, Wally’s Filling Station and Rustic Chics is the place for you. The iconic vintage gas station features all sorts of neat items which owner, George Boyd, hopes you enjoy.

There are antique gas pumps, gas cans, toy cars, furniture pieces, and pictures. It is a great place to find Coca-Cola antiques and anything car related. Wally’s Filling Station and Rustic Chics is open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., so it is a great place to come after church or Sunday brunch.

James Grey & Company

James Grey & Company is an antique lovers dream come true. The store recently upgraded its shop and the new location at 417 Nash St., features even more great finds. James Grey & Company also sells wine, stationary, bridal and baby gifts, luxury towels, one-of-a-kind items and unique gifts.

The store features several quality product lines like Yves Delorme of Paris, DownTown Company, Badash Fine Crystal, and Christy of England. There is also The Portico, a unique space for intimate events like weddings, receptions, and birthday parties. Plus, there are a couple resident artists and an interior design studio at the new location, which is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

TWM’s Antique Mall

TWM’s Antique Mall is a large antique furniture store in nearby Selma, NC. You find everything here including an extensive collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia, carnival glass, milk and knob glass, Christmas decorations, books, paintings, pictures, and more.

There are rare and hard-to-find items like antique cigarette ads and and neon signs. There are many antique beds, desks, tables, and chairs, too. So, if you are looking for furniture this is a great place.

Antiquing is the perfect way to melt stress away. Bring friends to talk about the interesting items you find. Or, you can wander at your own pace through the antique stores in Wilson and nearby Selma.
