I had found you online and came to the dealership the next day. Mickey was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, I hate car shopping only because I always felt like the salesman only cared about the sale not the interest of the customer but I have to say Mickey was there throught the whole thing very attentive and informing of what was going on through the whole process.The Finance manager was great in explaining everything from the financing to the warranties, that is normally the most dreaded part of being at the dealership for me. I would definately refer him to anyone interested in a Honda and I would definately come back to Vester and Mickey to purchase another vehicle, hopefully I wont need one anytime soon but I will be there for all of the servicing of my Civic. Just a word to let you know what a pleasant experience it was for me today to visit your dealership. From the moment I walked in the door, I was never under any pressure or intimidation. Everyone was very polite and accommodating, even to running into shop technicians in the rest room. I was particularly impressed with Mickey Bissett, who went out of his way to meet my needs. He never talked "down" to me, but was most friendly and helpful in assisting me in making choices. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the helpful finance man, whose name escapes me at the moment. By the time I was in session with him, I was tired and weary, but he was very understanding of my weariness (due to health) and tried to make the process as painless as possible.
